God's Time: Lent/Kindness Jar and Turning away from unkind behaviors

Unit Plan: We will complete Seasons/Weather and Calendar this week with a Unit Stations Day on Wed.

Show N Tell: March Show N Tell will be on Friday, March 3rd. Letters Pp, Qq and Rr Numbers 12,13 and 14 Unit Theme Seasons, Weather and Calendar. God's Time: St. Valentine's Day and Discipleship

First Friday Mass: We will be going to school mass on Friday March 3rd at 8:45 am . Please drop off at church between 8:15 and 8:30.

March 17th: NO SCHOOL. In order to make up some of our snow days, school will be closed on Friday March 17th.

Class Trip: Pre-k3, Pre-k4 and Kindergarten will be taking an annual class trip in the Spring. Please be on the look out for information and respond promptly to avoid missing out.

Unit Theme: We will be finishing up Seasons, Weather and Calendar

Ash Wednesday Mass is an 8:30 mass on Wed. Feb. 22nd. All parents are welcome to attend. There is a family section. Everyone will be receiving ashes.

Kindness Jar- During Lent the children will have the opportunity to fill a large jar with Kind Acts (pom poms). Mrs. Matthews and I will be watching for Kindness in the classroom. If your child performs a Kind Act at home (not a usual chore or responsibility) please send me an email so we can place a pom in the jar

Mystery Reader Sign Up Genius went out. If you did not receive it please let me know. You can sign in at our Learning Center Front Door. Please choose 2 books with about a 20 minute time frame. I like to surprise the children, so try and keep it a secret!

Easter Hat Parade is fast approaching (3/31 at 11:00am Raindate 4/3) and Easter items are in the dollar and craft stores. A letter is scheduled to go out next Wed. Let me know if you have any questions.
