Week of April 29th

 What a beautiful day at the zoo! It was so sweet seeing all of you there enjoying the day together!

We will be reviewing letters Aa-Xx and numbers 1-19. We will also finish up our Unit Theme on Transportation this week. Our New Unit Theme will be Bugs and Gardens.

Our caterpillar friends have arrived. Each week we will be measuring them and watching as they grow and transform into beautiful butterflies!

STS First Friday Mass is this week on Friday 5/3 at 8:45. Please meet Mrs. Reed in the church APR between 8:15-8:30.

May Crowning is Thursday May 9th at 1:00pm. Pre-K4 has a special part in this wonderful service to our Blessed Mother. 

Pre-K Fun in the Sun week is 5/20-5/24. Please be on the alert for more information and a Sign Up Genius.

Noon Dismissal on 5/24 for the whole school (no aftercare).  No School on 5/27.

Final Show N Tell is May 29th. 

Pre-K's last day of school is Thursday June 6th. Our Moving Up Ceremony is Friday June 7th at 1:00pm.

 Happy Earth Day! We have been discussing all the things we can do to help the earth! Please help your child practice Earth friendliness at home!

Letter of the Week: Xx and it's phonetic sound. Xx is a tough letter for a beginning sound. So I will take any word with an Xx in it. Ex: tax, exit, example!

Pre-K through Kindergarten Class Trip to Space Farms Zoo and Museum is Wed. April 24. We will meet at 9:45 to check in by 10:00. Information coming home in folders Friday 4/19.
