We are excited to join the Big School and our Fourth Grade Buddies for First Friday Mass on Friday Nov. 7th at 8:45am. Families are welcome to sit in the family section and join us for mass. Please be sure your child is dressed for mass and meeet me in the church vestibule between 8:15-8:30. Early Morning Friends will come over with Mrs Matthews. ****** Have your child use the bathroom BEFORE they come to the church!

 Christmas Show-Your child will be coming home with the line for the Christmas Story-This is the Stable. Please practice with your child.

Week of October 27th

Last Week of October already! I can not believe we are two months into the school year already!!!!

Monday Oct. 27th is PUMPKIN Day! Please have permission slip signed and returned before Monday for your child to enjoy Mrs. Matthews Delicious Pumpkin Bread!

Wednesday Oct. 29th- October Show N Tell. Please bring in One Item that follows at least one of our lessons from October. Letters Dd,Ee and Ff. Numbers 4,5,6 Shape Triangel Color Orange. God's Time the Rosary.

Friday Oct 31st.- Halloween Party and Parade. Parade begins at 11:15. Invite family and friends. 

                  If your child is a FULL day child but leaving this day at 12:00 (following parade) please let me know with a note in folder or an email. 

                 If your child is being picked up after the Big School Parade (in the afternoon) please see a teacher to sign them out. 

                 Please read the notice that was sent home for more information.

Tuesday and Thursday we will be reviewing and enjoying some Halloween Activities.

Week of October 20th

 Welcome to AUTUMN!!! The weather has definitly started to turn chillier. Please help the children learn "Mittens in Hats and Hats in Sleeves" in order to keep all their things together in school. WE will be going outside as long as it is dry out. Please be sure the children are dressed for the weather.

Halloween Party and Parade: The Prek 3 and 4 Halloween Party and Parade are on Oct. 31st. 

The children should come dressed in costume. (Change of clothes in Back pack if they would like to change before lunch)

NO COSTUME WEAPONS

 Extra pieces. The children are responsible for their costume. If extra pieces can be saved for Trick or Treat at home that would be best. Label anything you can.

The Party is for children, teachers and Room Moms. The Parade is for everyone to come and enjoy. 

DO NOT take children form the parade line. It is for their safety. After we parade around the parking lot we will meet in the back yard of the Learning Center for a small presentation of our Fall Songs and then a little time to take pictures and socialize.

MORNING FRIENDS will be dismissed after the presentation. No Carline. Just wait for us by the front door. The children will come through the building to collect their things and we will meet you in the front yard.

FULL DAY-It is a Full Day of PreK. We will be going to the Big School Parade after lunch. You will need to SIGN OUT your child with the teacher if you are taking them following the Big School parade. If your child is a FULL Day child but they will be  a Morning Friend this day, I will need an email by OCT 30th so they will be packed up and ready with the Morning Friends.

 As we come back to school and the weather begins to change, please be sure the children are dressed for outside play. If your child wears hats/mittens to school -we in PreK use the "Mittens in Hats and Hats in Sleeves" method to keep everything together. Practice this at home.
