Week of January 28th

Hooray! Catholic Schools Week! A whole week to celebrate our WONDERFUL St. Therese School!

Monday: We will thank all police officers and Fire fighters for all they do to keep us safe! We are going to make special Valentine's for the Fire Fighters and Police Officers and pray a special prayer for Officer Jimmy. Wear your BLUE today!

Tuesday: Student Day- Wear your St.Therese Tshirts and Spirit Wear. grade We will have lots of fun and games today! Learning while playing is what Pre-K does best!

Wednesday: Celebrate Vocations. Father Marc will be visiting for lunch today. We made him a special card to Thank him for all he does for our school
January Show N Tell.
The 3-5th students will have their famous Wax Museum in the afternoon. So amazing the projects the children make and we love to walk through the museum and see all their hard work!

Thursday: Celebrate our Country- We will join the school in a special Flag service. Wear Red White and Blue. We will say special prayers for service men and women and for peace in our country.

Friday: Celebrate our Teachers, Staff and Volunteers- We will have a special mass at 11:00 to celebrate the volunteers of our school and than a beautiful luncheon for the teachers and staff.

Valentine's Day: We are still in need for about four more empty tissue boxes for our Valentine Boxes. There is a letter coming home for our Valentine celebration. Our celebration will be on Wednesday, Feb. 13th. Please NO FOOD or CANDY for valentines. Be careful of the cards that come with candy. We will not give out the candy. Each child will have a tissue box mailbox, ALL our Valentine MUST fit in the box.
