Week of Nov. 26

HAPPY THANKSGIVING to ALL!!! I hope you are Blessed with a wonderful day filed with Family, Friends and Food!!!

HATS and MITTENS: Tis the season for wearing hats and mittens. Please be sure the children can recognize their own set and help them to practice- "Mittens in hats and hats in sleeves and our coat down in the coat closet!!!"

Review Week: We will be reviewing letters Aa-Ii and numbers 1-8 this week. WE are also going to finish up our God's Creation Unit with a very important one of God's creations-WORMS!!!

Our November Shape was Square and our Nov. color was Brown. In God's Time we will complete our Thanksgiving lessons and move onto Advent.

Important Dates:

11/26-11/27 The Big School is having conferences. If you are picking up your child with an older sibling at noon please let me know in advance. 

11/26-Santa Shop Forms Due. Santa Shop is Tues. Dec 3rd. If your child does not attend class on Tuesday feel free to bring them in to shop during the school day. Shop opens at 8:30. 

11/27 Noon Dismissal for ALL-No AFTERCARE

11/28-11/29 Thanksgiving Break

12/3 Santa Shop (pre registration is required)

12/5 National CHOP PJ Day- For a small donation, wear PJs to school and support Children's Hospital of Phila.

12/6- First Friday Mass. Meet at church 8:15-8:30AM. Pre-K4 children will sit with buddies and teachers. There is a family section if you would like to attend mass. 

12/6 Pre-K 3 and 4 Christmas Spectacular!!! Show starts at 10:00am. Doors will open at 9:45 for families. Older siblings will be called down and will remain with you till end of reception. Please be sure to use the sign out sheets in the back of the gym to sign out your older sibling before leaving the building. You are free to go as a family and skip the crazy noon dismissal carline!!
