Hope everyone is remaining healthy! I pray for each of your families every night!
Monday: Letter Xx. Letter Xx is difficult because not many words begin with the Letter Xx, so this week I will accept any word with the Letter Xx in it. It can be at the end like "boX" or in the middle like "eXit". Let's see how many words with an Xx we can find and list!
Tuesday: Number 19. 19 is Ten and Nine More! We are soooo close to 20!!!!
Wednesday: Superhero Day. Dress in a Superhero costume, shirt or make a cape with a towel. I would like each child to create a message (card, poster, sidewalk chalk etc...) for all the SUPER HEROES of today (medical staff, scientists, gov't officials, delivery and postal workers, fire and police dept., restaurant workers, volunteers, etc...)
If you could take a picture of your child in their costume and with their message I would like to put it together for St Therese Facebook Page. If you don't wish for your child to be in the Facebook Slideshow just let me know in the email.
Thursday: SEEDS (our religion program) 3rd Sunday of Easter-Jesus' Friend's know Him
Friday: Zoom Show N Tell. You can wear your Super Hero Costume to the meeting! Your Show N Tell can feature your Xx project, the number 19, Your Super Hero Message or a picture of a Family Member or friend you would love to have as a dinner guest. (SEEDS story)
Please keep practicing The Prayer of St. Therese. If your child is ready they can continue on to the next three lines.
O Little Therese of the Child Jesus
Please pick for me a rose of the Heavenly gardens
And send it to me as a message of love
O little flower of Jesus
ask God today to grant the favors
I now place with confidence in your hands
